Apprentice Entry Level Provisional Support
At SRC Auerbach International SSI, we provide the Client with the option of obtaining Apprentice Entry-Level or General Labour in all Commercial Construction Disciplines supporting needs on a short-term provisional requirement or throughout the entire project/site completion.
Some of the advantages of using our provisional apprentice entry-level personnel from SRC Auerbach includes:
- Fullfillment of immediate needs “..just in time..”
- Performance review of the assigned provisional personnel.
- The ability to evaluate and consider long term utilization of the assigned SRC Auerbach personnel either through:
- Continued resource acquisition from SRC Auerbach or
- Direct hiring of the individual by the client without any increased cost of acquisition. (Please note that certain restrictions apply for transition to full employment or “the hiring of the assigned SRC Auerbach employee by the Client” please refer to the agreement documentation).

- Each individual will have the necessary safety gear including, but not limited to, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Gloves, Proper Appearance of Dress Code for the site, Work Shoes, Good Hygiene and a desire to serve the Client in the best possible manner.
